End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the application (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your use of the mobile application and its related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the application, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on Apple devices that you own or control for your personal, lawful use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application to you.

2. Restrictions

You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer the application.
• Circumvent security, usage limitations, or premium feature restrictions.
• Use the application for unlawful purposes.

3. Application Features

The application may provide document and PDF-related functionality, including:

• Reading and viewing documents
• Creating PDFs
• Scanning documents
• Image-to-PDF conversion
• PDF-to-Word conversion
• Word-to-PDF conversion
• PDF-to-image conversion
• PPT-to-PDF conversion
• Editing and adding text
• Annotation
• Fill and sign
• Merging and splitting PDFs
• Page management
• PDF compression
• File organization

Features may vary depending on the application version, device, operating system, subscription, or other factors.

4. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

Available purchase options, prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed within the application before purchase.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable terms and payment policies.

Auto-renewable subscriptions will renew unless cancelled according to Apple's subscription management procedures.

One-time purchases, where offered, do not automatically renew.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of documents, images, and other content that you import, create, edit, or manage using the application.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

We do not claim ownership of your personal documents or files.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate third-party services, including Apple's services, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' respective agreements.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Information about how the application accesses and processes information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, security improvements, or other modifications to the application.

Certain features may require an updated version of the application.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The application and all related software, designs, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under this Agreement, no rights or ownership are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available.
• The application will be completely error-free.
• Every feature will work on every device.
• Document conversions will always produce identical results.
• Files will never become corrupted, lost, or inaccessible.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the application and delete it from your devices.

Termination does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple account.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained the application through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and us, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the application.
• Apple has no obligation to provide warranty services for the application.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce applicable provisions of this Agreement against you.

Your use of the application must also comply with Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies.

14. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree to use the application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including applicable export and import laws.

You may not use the application in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
